New directors of Kavli Holding
Frank Mohn and Lise Hammergren have been elected by the Kavli Trust to the board of Kavli Holding, the parent company for Norway’s Kavli food group.

Currently head of the Momentum Partners consultancy in Bergen, Mohn’s earlier positions include group chief executive of Rieber & Søn. He also has long international experience from Jotun and has worked for The Boston Consulting Group.

Hammergren is responsible for the BI Executive programme at the BI Norwegian Business School, and has solid management and marketing experience from Lilleborg, Orkla Brands, Orkla Media and Schibsted.

The other directors of Kavli Holding are Finn Jebsen (chairman), Stefan Granlund, Dag Opedal, Aksel Mjøs, Eli Kverneland and Rune Nyheim.

Their role focuses on the commercial development of the Kavli group, while the board of the Kavli Trust allocates charitable grants, exercises the ownership role and manages other funds.

Reidar Lorentzen is simultaneously stepping down from the Kavli Trust and Kavli Holding boards on reaching retirement age. He has devoted more than 20 years of impressive commitment to the positive development of both group and trust.
