KonstKnekt - Norway
KonstKnekt – the Orchestral Academy of the Kavli Trust and the Winter Chamber Music Festival (ViB) in Røros – is intended to represent the peak of orchestral training in Norway.
It will provide Norwegian Musicians with the best opportunities to make their mark as orchestra players both nationally and internationally. KonstKnekt represents a continuation of the collaboration between the Røros festival and the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra (BPO). Musicians participating are educated to MA or diploma level. To be included, they must be at least an approved understudy with at least one of the institutional orchestras in Norway, This ensures a high level of quality.
