Employee nominations 2025
Employee nominations 2025
Each year, employees at Primula and Castle MacLellan are given the opportunity to help decide which causes receive funding from the Kavli Trust. Through employee nominations, colleagues put forward charities they care about and vote for the projects they believe will make the greatest impact. The programme reflects a long-standing commitment to creating positive change by engaging employees directly in the giving process.
In the UK, the process is led by local employee committees. Charities are nominated from across the organisation, shortlisted, and then put to a staff vote. Funding is awarded based on the outcome of this voting process.
