Church SOS - Norway
Many young people need somebody to talk with when life becomes difficult. Church SOS (Kirkens SOS) offers an emergency hotline by phone, messaging and chat.
Their phone and messaging services are available around the clock throughout the year, and the long-term aim is to achieve the same with the chat service. The latter reaches out to younger people aged 15-30.
Training of new staff is also being strengthened, while relevant information material will be produced and various communication measures initiated to make the service better known.
