Den Nationale Scene - Norway
The Kavli Trust has entered into a collaboration with Bergen’s Den Nationale Scene (DNS) theatre, allowing people associated with a number of the city’s humanitarian organisations to receive free tickets to its productions.
DNS wants a diverse audience and to lower the threshold for theatre-going. People who would not otherwise have paid a visit will now have the chance. The theatre is an important meeting place, where new perspectives on fundamental issues are presented in different ways. At the same time, it administers a cultural heritage and provides experiences which allow audiences to relax from their daily cares, renew their energy and draw new inspiration.
