Impact Norway - Bangladesh
More than two billion people lack essential nutrients. Dietary deficiencies inhibit human growth and development and can lead to mental and physical disability.
The Kavli Trust has therefore supported the creation of 875 new vegetable gardens by Impact Norway in the Meherpur district of Bangladesh during 2015-16. Founded in 2002, Impact Norway is an autonomous foundation and one of 18 national bodies collaborating through the International Federation of Impact Organisations (IFIO).
